A mild take on an eastern favorite, this dish is made in house at 53° North. It contains BC grown chicken, potato, onion, cauliflower, pumpkin, coconut cream, butter, garlic, herbs, and spices. This recipe does not contain gluten or dairy cream. Hearty enough to stand on its own but would also be fantastic with naan, or over rice.
