Green Tea has quite a list of benefits including: weight support, high in antioxidants and supports good skin health to name a few. The green tea used in our blends comes from right here in British Columbia from Westholme Tea Farm. Our green tea choice is Long Jing Dragonwell.
Raspberries are high in Vitamin C and are good source for antioxidants.
