We are working on a weekly delivery service for the Quesnel & surrounding areas. We hope to have those options available within the first few months of opening.

Once you've placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation.

For local delivery orders, the email will include a summary of the items ordered, method of payment, shipping and billing details.

Online orders are ready for pickup in as little as 2 business days. You can select the date you would like your order prepared for in the checkout process.

If you need to cancel your order, give us a call at our store or send an email. All changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to order pickup or delivery. Payments may not be refunded without sufficient notice.

We want to keep your payment information and data safe. That's why we use Shopify Payments which is PCI compliant and encrypts payment data.

The term custom cutting is a tricky term, for example if you are looking to have a fresh steak cut to your specifications, the answer to this question is yes.

However, if you are looking to have a whole animal cut & wrapped, the answer to this question is no, not at this time. We are not currently set up to facilitate private cut & wrap services.
